I emailed Palm Loan Advances that they made an unauthorized withdrawal from my
checking account in the amount of $30. In addition, I incurred a $34 fee from my bank due to their withdrawal of funds from my account. Once I emailed the company and threatened to report them to the district attorney and US attorney offices, they immediately emailed me and gave me a working phone number. In addition,
I have been receiving harassing phone calls from Pay day threatening crimimal charges to pay a loan I never received. I requested that Palm Loan Advances take me off their phone list. If they did not do so I will also report them to the FBI for fraud.
They said they would refund me the funds ASAP. Good luck everyone
