12/13/11 Rising Sun Engines / Steve Keplinger sent me an invoice for a 2004 Nissan Frontier VG33 Engine, I sent him a check, he cashed it, and I never received my engine, despite numerous attempts to contact.

1) Rising Sun Engines Inc., operated by Steve Keplinger, has no business license to operate in either Butte County or San Joaquin County. In other words, this is no longer a legal business.
