I applied for a loan on 9/6/12 with Citi Financial. I did not realise that I would be charged £49.95 for being matched to a loan rather than securing a loan. I received an email from Dean Mckenna who included the emails as a group of 20 people. I emailed him back stating that I wanted a refund and that he had broken data protection and confidentiality by sharing all parties as a group. I am still awaiting a reply. I have also written to their Head Office at Piccadily House- Manchester and hence no response.
I will be making a complaint to the Financial Service Authority (FSA) as this is a scam and also complaining about the breach of data protection. I have the emails as evidence.
