I purchased an RV from Orlando RV in May. It was delivered 2 weeks ago. I purchased what I thought was a 2012; but the DMV says it is a 2011. Additionally, I asked at the time of purchase if the generator was big enough to handle both the ac and the mircowave and they emphatically said yes. To the contrary both cannot be run at the same time nor can all but one of the lights. I also expressed concern about whether the ac would cool the RV again an emphatic yes. I took the RV to a dog show and the inside temp rose to 96 degrees. One of my dogs went into the beginning stages of heat stroke. The dealership had me pay florida taxes even though they delivered it to Virginia. The DMV in Virginia said I should have not paid the $2300 plus dollars in sales tax to them. They have refused to refund my money. In addition tot he problems above, when the delaership delivered the RV the man ran over something in the road and tore up the tire and damaged the rim. I was talked down to by the delivery person because I asked for a clean bill of health about the axle and underneath tanks. Since taking possession of the RV two weeks ago the grey and black water tanks were delivered full and the clean water tank delivered empty - per the contract the opposite was to have occured. I questioned how a new vehicle could have grey and black tanks full. The awning has refused to open and close, the electric steps have not worked properly, the TV would sound would not turn on, and the generator which is supposed to cut off when the gas tank is 25% full ran the gas tank down to almost zero with no warning. There are no canopys on the two slide outs as required to keep water from coming in the vehichle and in the back slide out you can see daylight where the seals should be tight. I have made multiple calls to the dealership and am getting the complete run around. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated
