I received a phone call from this company everyday and I continued to refuse the package that they were trying to give me, but they insisted. When I finally gave in I signed up for a trip and last year July I paid them $121, but I changed my mind and asked for my money back. I called and they said don't worry about the rest of the charges we will just charge you $121 for the package. I received a phone call later and said that I owed another $121. I told them about what they told me when I tried to cancel and then they went on to tell me that I owed some fees. I paid them another $30 then I proceeded to pay them $45 this February 2012. When I called to set up my trip, I had to have major surgery and couldn't make the dates that they gave me. I received more phone calls after that to set up new trips for more packages they were offering and when I asked about the trip that I have yet to take they declined to tell me any information. I told them that I didn't have an email and that all these transactions transpired over the phone. I got my daughter in law to look up the package online and my package contained Kissimmee instead of Orlando, which are two different cities and they told me I would be down the street from Universal Studios. I called to inform them that the dates would not work for me and they informed me that I would have to pay them another $75 to change the dates and that i would also have to pay them the taxes on the rooms in which I already paid earlier this year. I called them today and spoke to several associates but none of them wanted to cooperate and I even spoke to the supervisor and he was unhelpful. I was still unable to get my money back and i am about to take legal action for the harassment I had to endure and the fact that they refuse to help me and out and give me my money back.
