I purchases a video from this company. It was a one-time purchase an I never signed up or agreed to any "membership". But the company started charging "monthly membership fees" to my credit card. They were small amounts "under the radar" and I only now caught them. I requested a refund but the company has so far refused to refund my money. From reading other reports, this company is a habitual offender.

The misbehaving company is hotmoviesale.com, NOT hotmovie.com.
Somebody please change the title of the complaint.

Yes, "hotmoviesale.com" (that's what I originally typed), and appears on credit card statement as BBV*HOTMOVIESALE.COM.
How do I correct the name in my complaint. I don't see how to edit it anymore? -

- no clue, but I somehow get caught up in this all the time. I've built hotmovies into a great site with excellent customer satisfaction, but because our name is similar to this rip-off company we get hit with complaints all the time.
