Upon depositing the check, a processing fee was to be forwarded in the amount of $2635.00 for a processing fee/admin fee. Upon submitting the Western Union transfer, the agency did not honor the check from JP Morgan Chase Bank and kept the Western union fees. The point of contact on the letter is a Mr. Monti Torres, phone # 1-905-399-8131.
