Seemed to have many things in common like a strong Christian faith. He said he was bidding in a contract in Sarawak, Malaysia which he got, crediting me with being his lucky charm.
Seemed to actually be there with 15 hour time difference and a contact phone number beginning 011 6014 3234019. He also had a cell from home that worked 314 735-5167.
When the contract was almost to be finished on time he sent me a panic email that a piece of machinery broke, jeopardizing the whole effort. Ha said he couldn't access funds from home as he had to do so in person, did not dare leave before the contract was done in case he weren't allowed re-entry.
I agreed to lend him $17,000. for the two weeks it would take.
