I bought a list from Mike Flores of Begin Marketing. Right after I made payment via paypal, they he said he will give me my list in 2 hours. This was 4 days ago. I have emailed him no less than 10 times but he never responded. I put a dispute claim with Paypal, and still no response from him

- I have sent several emails to this person requesting ID verification as per our policy on all new clients. This person has not submitted any notification nor have we received even 1 of the "10" emails this person says they sent. We receive so many fraudulent orders via paypal that it has become necessary to validate all first time purchases. Our site clearly shows that this is the case and in fact the Thank You page that this person was taken to after ordering clearly states that: "In order to expedite the delivery of your order please send a copy of your photo ID to [email protected]." Since this customer failed to do so, he has been refunded and will not receive his order. We fill all orders in a timely fashion and deliver much more than ordered. Had this person followed instructions he would have his order and would most likely be reordering as do 97% of our customers since 1996.
