Agree with earlier complaint. We too purchased a pair of vans from this site but after 4 days the status was still showing as pending. I contacted the 3rd party they tell you to contact if there is a problem with the transaction and they kept telling me to 'rest assured' the shoes are coming. When I asked for a refund, the 3rd party sent me a tracking number but this too did not work and I was redirected to a site in China. I still have not received anything, nor do I want them now! Do not under any circumstances use this site for anything! All of the reviews on the site are fake too. Beware, sometimes you are better off going into a shop and paying a bit more.

Hi! I have been lucky enough to receive a refund through my bank from these fraudsters. I had to return the fake item by registered post back to the seller. It cost me $19 australian dollars to do this, but have now been refunded $59 that these frauds scammed out of me. This lesson may have cost me $19 but at least I have the satisfaction that these mongrels have not got to keep 1 cent of my money.

- Hi Jan, are you by any chance from Holland? And did you pay via PayPal? I'm Dutch, trying to find Dutch people who've been scammed, too. I'm afraid PayPal.nl still isn't aware of these scams, so that's why I need to find fellow victims to have a stronger case together in the Netherlands. Doesn't matter the scammers are different companies, as they're just all fake names and proceed the same way in their scams, looking forward to your reply, Alex

Hi, I am in Australia. I paid for my 'Vans' via Visa card and have now filed a report with them saying this is a fraud. I have noticed the site has now closed down and if you enter the original URL you are redirected to another one which looks very similar. The new one is www.vans-shoes-uk-sale.com
This is still the same people just s different site. You can tell PayPal the sites are a scam as once your order your shoes and they have dispatched cheap Chinese shoes which are nothing like Vans they close down your account and you can no longer see your order. The other thing is their Customer Support is out of China. I am sure more people will come forward once the word is spread about what fraudsters these guys are. If Visa confirm this is fraud then I will let you know. This may help your case. Thanks. Jan.
