my home flooded in feb 2011 and fidelity ins sent the laziest adjuster i've ever seen he would not even crawl under my house because of the mud, mold, and mess they were repairing my neighbors home which is higher off the ground than my home replacing all floors and flooring while issac was telling my wife and me that only some of my floors flooded and then they sent a check for 3,900 to repair about 40,000 dollars worth of damage the adjuster issac told me that i could use the money any way I wanted and when I told him that would be insurance fraud he got very smart mouthed and hung up I contacted the Indiana dept of insurance to tell them what he did but they told me they couldn't do anything because the federal flood program was I guess untouchable I contacted Ally Bishop of the flood program and she said the reason I couldn't get help was because I needed to cash the check and she would file a supplemental claim which was a lie because as soon as I did as she told me fidelity sent me a letter denying the supplemental because I had already been paid
