I NEEDED A COPY OF DRIVING RECORD. THIS WEBSITE PROMISED IMMEDIATE
ONLINE DELIVERY OF RECORD. AFTER PAYMENT ON 06/29.2012 I FILLED OUT ALL
REQUIRED INFORMATION.AND SUBMITTED IT. THEN WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 24
HOURS BEFORE I WOULD GET COPY. THEN I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING INFORMATION
WAS WRONG. I CALLED THEM AND WAS TOLD BECAUSE IT WAS A CDL THAT IT
WOULD TAKE 48 HRS MORE. WELL TODAY IS JULY 3 2012 . AND I JUST RECEIVED AN
EMAIL SAYING THEY COULD NOT SEND ME A COPY OF RECORD AND THAT I WOULD
BE BILLED ADDITIONAL CHARGES IN 30 DAYS.
I SPOKE WITH LUPE BALDERAS TODAY AT 11:00 CENTRAL TIME AND WAS TOLD
I COULD NOT HAVE GET A COPY OF RECORD AND THAT I COULD NOT HAVE A REFUND
OF MY 24.92..SO THEY HAVE SCAMMED ME AND ARE INTENDING TO DO IT AGAIN.
I HAVE HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING A SECOND
TIME....SO BEWARE THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR TO BE AND THEIR WORD
IS BOGUS...!!!!!!!

- I, too, fell victim to this company's scam -- not once, but a half dozen times or more. Since they give an address in the USA (Iowa?) why can't that state's attorney general do something to retrieve our money and prosecute this fraudulent and thieving company?
