Palm loan Advances withdrew $30.00 from my checking account. I do not know who they are. Though I have had recent deductions from payday loans, the companies never authorized checks; the automatically took the money out. It was a bit disconcerting, so I contacted my bank, Wells Fargo. They put a freeze on my account as well as did an investigation. I will be reimbursed my money as quickly as it can. My advice to all is to contact your bank immediately; close your account and re-open another one; and be very cautious of certain "payday loans". Advancemetoday and paydaymax are good. I used them when I'm in a financial bond. I made a mistake by trying to do a few more then saw how high the interest rates were.

  • Palm Loan Advances did the same thing to my account, not only taking my money, but also causing me to incur an additional overdraft fee of $34. When I contacted their customer support they told me that I'd authorized the charge on their website, but they couldn't give me the address of the site. Later I received an email from them with a link to a website that I'd never seen before, wanting even more information from me for the "pre-approved" loan they claimed I had. After multiple calls, promises from customer support people, being hung up on by a supervisor, reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, threats of lawsuits and class action suits-which this site proves that would be justifiable- I still have yet to have my money returned to me. I'd suggest anybody who has had any involvement with this company to contact the BBB and a lawyer.
