Hi There,
I applied for a free horoscope reading online...and recieved a long amazing response and I wished to forward the request for a more in depth reading, so I enetered my information to be charged $80 online, just after I had done that my friend got her response back from "Jenna" and emailed it to me...I compared both and they were identical except for dates and our names throughout the reading. I then emailed "Jenna" multiple times trying to request a refund as I had just put my order in the night before. I have recieved responses about everything except the ones re: credit. I have been dealing with auto responses and it is very frustrating! Can you help?
