Same as the others reporting the Scam site. Ordered a pair of shoe using PayPal Bill Me Later. 5-6 weeks after the order with no reply from several emails received a syringe with red liquid in it from China. Called the county sheriff and reported possible hazmat. Am also reporting it to US Customs and the Postmaster General(mail fraud). I will also be reporting them and PayPal to the US Consumer Protection Bureau for still doing business with this scam after all the evidence that is is a fraud
