On 06/08/2012 I recieved a letter from Bestmark offering me a mystery shopping job in my local area.Enclosed was a cashiers check for $1,496.00. After contacting the phone number provided I was instructed ( by a Lisa ) to cash said check ( at a Bank and no other Financial institution ) and to proceed with the shop. I followed the instructions. I Called to ask for futher instructions and kept getting .a message that Bestmark was unavailable. On 01/18/2012 I was notified that I was overdrawn $1,440.00 . Further investigation showed me that I had been scamed.I'ved Saved my receipts , the letter and Banking transmittles .How do I get My Money Back so that I can pay the Bank ?

- You have to apply directly on BestMark's website, http://www.bestmark.com, for them to contact you. BestMark will tell you that and also they will never send anything by mail or ask that you wire money. This is a scam for sure but don't blame BestMark. Someone is using their name wrongfully and one should do their homework when sent free money. Don't you think???

- I understand what happened. I have been working for the real Bestmark and thought that the notice I received was from them. I am out of 2500 plus overdraft charges on my bank acount. I am pursueing this legally
