I had received an email from my company informing me they have completed a transaction i.e. forwarded my funds to STP. I waited the alotted time actually I waited 4 days past the time frame I was told when the funds would be in my STP account. After 4 days of waiting I sent in a support ticket# Your Ticket #: 241415.

When I go to finally check on any updates, the STP site acts as if the ticket or my email address never exist. So I have NO way of contacting them because I have attempted calling a few times and I can not get anyone to assist me. I have been SUPER patient but in this day and time of unemployment and inconsistent pay. Having a pay processor steal or misplace your funds is NOT acceptable business.

It's been almost 20 days and my money has not been returned to me. This has place me and my 5 children in a financial hardship.

Here is part of my complaint below: (STILL NO ANSWER)

Question/Issue: It has been 4 days and I have not received a credit to my STP Account. I am concerned of hijacking or hacking accounts. Will you please tell me where my funds are? I have provided the receipt from company stating they transferred my funds to your processing department below: If there any questions please contact me at my info in the account thank you.
