I asked for a refund in April 2, 2012 because of a new job. It is two months later (June 14, 2012) and I haven't seen my money or spoken to anyone. Mrs Harris changed ways to collect money twice and changed her business name in 6 months. I was asked to collect through Intuit (which was her second form of collections), I cannot do that because you need a sellers pin. Plus, Intuit is for selling goods. Harris Travel Agency/AOne Travel Agency/A-1 Travel and Cruises Inc is a travel agency and do not sell goods. I have not verbally spoken to Mrs Harris since asking for me refund, we have been email, facebooking and text messaging. On May 31, 2012 she said she will send me a check for $100 on that following Monday, which I have not received yet. $1067.69 is a lot of money to give away. I live in another state and legal action will be harder to pursue but I will be going there to get my money back in small claims. This is sad and terribly wrong. Please think twice about doing business with Harris Travel Agency/AOne Travel Agency/A-1 Travel and Cruises Inc.
