I ordered a healthmaster from a tv infommercial and was transferred to some other agent. They went on and on about a free vacation to florida or other places. They told me they would send some gift card and instructions which I never received. I have been charged 3 times a fee of 24.95. This is totally outrageous because I never gave them my information. I want to know if they got the information from the people I gave it to when ordering my healthmaster and if that is so that is really ......up! I didn't give anyone any permission to do that. I'm going to call my bank right away but really gets me is that I was just charged a few days ago on 6/18/12 and I as it is I only have a few dollars left until payday for gas. All I wanted to do is eat healthy! So what are people doing to get their money back without having to provide them with any information? Are banks simply giving people their money back or is this wishful thinking? So upset in Texas.
