my computer stopped in the middle of playing a game. A screen popped up saying my computer had viruses and needed to be repaired right away. PC Pro Clean was the only way to fix it. there was a number to call,and when I called they gave me 2 options to fix it. 1 was Geek Squad and the other was Live Tech Connect PC Pro Clean. Tech Live Connect was the less expensive way to go and they are partners with Microsoft. So I gave them My visa information. Now my computer works again. I was told by my daughter that it is probably a scam. I am 71yr old widow and cannot afford this. Please check into this and tell me if I can get my money back. Thank you, Bev McClure
