I had booked a room with a whirl pool tub in galena il,After checking in i notice that there wasnt a whirl pool tub, i went to the desk and complained, they said there wasnt anything they could do since i booked it through hotels .com. i asked if i could upgrade?Then was told theres nothing we can do.
