I work A lot and Don't get the chance to check my account online very often. I opened a new account at a different bank and when I wanted to close my old account, They told me I had a pending transaction. I Had no idea what this was for, I don't ever remember consenting to this payment. And then I got home, went through my account history and noticed they've taken this amount out for the past 3 months! I had my bank call this number to find out who it was, and I talked to them right in front of my bankers, they said when i was on the computer they're add must of popped up and i must of clicked on yes to sign up for it. Never happened, but they told me they'll cancel it and won't take any more money out. It's been 10 days and my money is still not returned. So I will be making a claim. and guarenteed to win since it all happened with my bankers standing there while we called using her phone.
