I purchased a Cambridge Satchel on the website: http://www.camriversatchel.co. Then I realized this is a Chinese company rather than an European company as I thought. So I ask them to cancel the order, and they agreed with that, and they said they would refund me soon. But is has been three weeks I haven't got my refund yet, and I emailed them but they never replied.
