"YR Benefits" wrote a check on my Chase checking account for $447.34 without my authorization. I called the toll-free # printed on their check (1-888-778-0073) & the phone was answered by a company called "Third Party Customer Service Co." I talked to Rob, ID # 0942. When I questioned him about the check, he said their records indicated I ordered Iben Med (a medical discount program) on 6/15/12. When I told them that I had NOT ordered such a program, he told me that I could cancel the order if I wished & get a full refund. I requested him to please proceed to cancel my "order" & send me a full refund. Rob said that a refund of $447.34 would be deposited back in my Chase account within 21 days.

I had never heard of either "Third Party Customer Service Co." or "YR Benefits".
