I was looking at speeding up my computer, and got onto Microsoft, then around the Microsoft site, there was this add for speeding up a computer, silly me, I thought it was part of Microsoft, and it would be safe, as soon as I paid for it, I downloaded it, well did NOT like it at all, it took over my browser without asking me first, the alarm bells started to go off then, I contacted them straight away, and told them I wanted a refund, and they said it would be credited to may bank account, still waiting, a week or so later. I have since contacted them and they still say it's in my bank, NO it's not.
