Ordered watch April 10th 2012, watch eventually arrive and after a few days a pin came out of the strap which I replaced but then it fell out again and the strap is effectively broken. I contacted the company and after a few emails they agreed to replace the strap but since then I have not received the strap or heard anything from them despite numerous emails. It is now almost the end of June. They were quick enough to take my money but very slow to take responsibility!
