Archives.com offers a 7 day free trial; I cancelled my trial membership, but my credit card was still charged! I have contacted Archives' customer service, but have not received a refund. I have also filed a disputed payment claim with my credit card company, and I will be composing a formal letter of complaint to Archive's CEO about my grievance with the company's billing practices.
