they took $14.95 out of my checking account without my authorization for a loan I did not get. I have no Idea how to contact these people or who they are or when I ever applied for a loan with them I do not know who to call about this can anybody help me please

- I discovered the other day when checking my bank account that I had 14.95 taken out of my account from this company that I never had any dealing with what so ever.

- I ALSO HAVE A 14.95 CHARGE TO MY CARD THAT I ALSO HAVE NOT REAPED ANY BENEFIT FROM.
