I was trying to fix my son's laptop and thought Windows 7 Home Security 2012 would be great. I paid 59.95 and scanned and fixed all his viruses/trojens. By 8/16/11 I found his problem was back. By that time he could not run his antivirus program, task manager, any browser or any program for that matter. I could not even run Win7 Home Security program. The only program that runs is Windows Control Center. These people are in Russia! Their website http://supersafecomputer.com/index.html - their Refund and Cancellation Policy are crap - meaning you get neither. I finally had to pay for PC Tools Spyware Doctor to clean up the computer. Which has worked.
But like someone else on this page, I am concerned about my Debit card number.
