I paid 5,000 dollars for a week at Fisherman's Cove Resort in Willis, Texas and they do not respond by telephone to talk to me. I leave my name and number and certificate number on the answering machine-ask them to call me-but in the two months or more I've been trying to get in touch with them I have had no response.

What can I do to have them call me to find out how to use my week? I can not afford to lose $5,000. I have also mailed them a letter to which they have not responded......
I live in Pennsylvania and cannot get to Texas to straighten this out . HELP!

I now fear I have been scammed by Adam Richardson (1-210-849-1173) who claimed to remove my maintance fees on other time shares (he didn't) and also claimed he was affiliated with RCI. They never heard of him.

Please let me know what I have to do to settle this....I am at my breaking point!

Thank you, in advance, for any help you can give me......

I await news from you.......

Sincerely,

Mrs. Carol Carr

HELP! My name is Mrs. Carol Carr

  • Unreal people are these days!!!! This is Adam Richardson and I just wanted to clear my name! This lady carol was very sweet an a super wonderfull hearted person!! She asked me to take 3 hours of my time to help her out of some of her high prices maintenance fee's and put her in a diff points program that actually worked ! She called and harassede so much and had the nerve to actually accuse me of bieng a con artist !!! I have worked very hard since college to help many unhappy time share owners !! We are a 100 percent honest and reputable company and I would take that to any law enforcement agency and gladly have them verifie what we do is 100 percent legit !! I GUESS i feel extremely bad that mrs. Carol Carr doesn't understand the legal contract she spend three hours looking over and signing ??? What we did for her was a complete blessing if she would take the time and try and just use the RCI system!! I did not represent them in any way but our resort owners are able to utilize the entire RCI network ! Which is the most amazing company in the world !!! And carol should only be so lucky to us it!!!! What a joke there are sad ignorant people in the world tht are scared in the life to do anything fun because they think the whole world is out to SCAM them??? What a pathetic way to live your life!!!! Good luck carol and god bless !! I told u all u have to do is pick up the phone al I can go over things you clearly didn't understand

  • This place is a scam! There are at least three people I know of who have lost money "buying" at Fisherman's Cove. RCI will NOT help. They are complicit in my estimation, but the root culprit is Fisherman Cove. Does the above rantings sound like an honest person to you? I was scammed by another person, but with the same 'm.o.'. No answer at Fisherman's Cove and if you do a Google Map, it just shows a dirt lot.

  • My name is Steven long I too purchased a RCI points deed from a seminar . Adam Richardson helped my family out of a 3000 dollar maint. Fee! We have been super happy and everything he told us was true and verified by RCI! It has completely fixed our mess we were in. It was not at fishermans cove . I feel very lucky we even went to that RCI update! It was the best thing that has ever happened to my family since we have been involved with time share.

  • Since you bought in one state and they are in TX, you need to write a letter to the SAC of the FBI in Houston, Tx and a letter to the Attorney General of the State of Texas.
That is what got results for me.

  • I worked for the guys who own Fishermans Cove and let me tell you that by calling it a scam you are giving scam artists a bad name. I tried to get them to do things right but they would have nothing to do with it. I tried to explain that you need to have everything in place before you start selling but that wasn't good enough for them. I have counted my losses of nearly $60,000 in back pay they owe me but I will never get a dime and unfortunately neither will you. The owners are buried so deep in LLCs that you will never find them. That's how they stay one step in front of the law. One of the owner's sold a single mother of three (who's husband died) a house on contract. He too a large down payment from her, all the cash she had and made her payments directly to him. He however never made his payments to the bank. She lost the the house she thought she could raise her family in and her life savings.I tell you this because this guy I used to call a friend and it wasn't until he took me that I found out about his other misdeeds. Fisherman's Cove set up these bogus sales teams to get enough money to keep operating and you just happen to be collateral damage. I say go after them and let your attorney know that they know how to stay hidden
