THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IVE ENCOUNTERED THIS. THE FIRST TIME WAS A FEW MONTHS AGO AND AGAIN NOW FOR THE SAME AMOUNT. BOTH TIMES I CAUGHT IT BEFORE ""THE PART WAS SENT OUT" AND REFUNDED THE AMOUNT. NOW I FIND MY ROOM MATE HAS THIS SAME AMOUNT CHARGED TO HER ACCT. BOTH BB&T ACCOUNTS. THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE PLEASE KEEP SENDING THE COMPLAINTS.
