I did a search on "download itunes" and found a site that I thought was Apple.com. The site indicated that I needed to provide my credit card to download itunes. I provided my credit card and then discovered that I was not at Apple.com but I was at SoftwarePros.com. I received an email message indicating that I was now a member or customer of SoftwarePros.com.

Subsequently, I went to the Apple website and downloaded itunes for free.

I never meant to become a customer of SoftwarePros.com and I did not authorize the subsequent charges on my credit card.
