I have been receiving these letters for over 3 years, and have never responded to them because I was certain to be a scam. Someone phishing for information for telemarketing schemes, since they claim to need to confirm my address. I'm sure they would glean my phone number from Caller ID.
Wish someone would put a stop to all these vicious scams.
