tankless water heater was suppose to be natural gas sent LP GAS which was supposed to be new was not new. I have been trying to talk to someone on phone but just get run around to take picture of it and E-MAIL it to customer service with no reply yet.I also had to pay$25.41 customs fee for this wrong unit now what?
