This may help. Same thing tried the free trial . ONE package came but they charged 2 lots of postage; and saw the horrible stuff about the terms & conditions.
Luckily I was quick enough to get my credit card blocked-they wouldn`t give me a new card but I found later that they should have. Of course had to convince the cc company and this site was ideal for that !and haqve got the postage credited back-for now at least-also still got the product which I refused to send back until they supplied a proper address, which is a requirement for distance selling, not some po box number.They did reply trying to dispute with me but gave up now 2 months ago.
Someone mentioned Trading Standards. These are the people who should taking serious action but my experience tells me they are cardboard cut outs who drink tea and are as bigger scam than the fraudsters.
