I was supposed to get a visa or master card and was charged $19.00 for service fees, got card in mail and it's a scam, I want my money back!!! these are all criminals and needs to be put away. I need my money back!! these F*&^%ks need to go jail and throw away the keys, there's a need to have this reported to the FBI
