I ordered the HWS Basic Program and preceeded to start setting up my website but I had no idea how or where to start b/c they don't give you any instructions. I figured I would be able to come back to it when I was done doing things around the house but I didn't know how to get back on. I've been sending them a response through a box at the bottom of an email re:my payment and did get a password but to what website I have no idea. Now I can't get through to them at all. I want my money back.
