THE FIRST TIME WAS APRIL19TH2012 AND AGAIN ONABOVE DATE IRECIEVVED A PHONECALL SAYING MY COMPUTER WAS ABOUT TO CRASH AND THEY SOLD ME SOFTWARE WHICHI SINCE HAVE BEENTOLD IS FREE TO DOWNLOAD.AND THENON 15TH OF JUNE THEYRANG ME AGAIN TO SAY MY COMPUTER HAD BEEN HACKED INTO AND SOLD ME SOFTWARE FOR £100 .I HAVE SINCE CHANGED MY DEBIT CARD AND TOLD THE BANK SECURITY DEPT.
