Higher Impact is a traditional and online media planning and buying agency dedicated to
creating and implementing-results-driven media advertising campaigns.
They have done nothing at all for me except waste my time.
I tried to get my money back through the two credit cards i used,but they allowed it because of their non refunding policy. This was filed on 11/15/2011
They refused to give my moneys back.
