I mailed this company a cashier's check in the amount of $100.00 to receive booklets that I would assemble and mail out to customers. I never received anything. They were not returning my calls. I called them from my sister's phone and got Kathy Williams (supervisor) on the phone, she wrote me an email telling me that the material had been shipped out to me and I should have it by Wednesday, June 13th. along with the material she had included a Visa Gift Card in the amount of $50.00 dollars for the inconvenience she
had put me through. Now they are not taking or returning my phone calls.
I'm hoping you can help me get my money back...

- Rowdy I feel your frustration. If they did in fact have a tracking number on your items get that number. If they will give it to you. Take it to your nearest Post Office and have them look it up & give you a print out. It will give the date & time it was supposedly accepted in the system, what distribution facility it went to from there date & time. Basically a timeline for that item clear up until it gets to your delivering office & if in fact it got there it will have an arrival at unit scan and the employee who receives it to deliver to you is required to scan it as either delivered, attempted in which you should have gotten a notified slip (pinkish/orange color a form 3849) but it really should be notified if it requires a signature. Hope this info helps you. This printout will give a more detail description than going to USPS.com.

I'm sorry it should only be notified if it requires a signature. Or you live in an apartment complex that does not accept packages in that case you would have to pick it up at your delivery office.
