The Ocean Bloom Internation said I won $250,000.00 in the 2st category. were is the $250,000.00 the I won. I just get the letter in today saying that I won $250,000.00 in the 2st category. They said they sent me a notice in the mail in 12/22/11, that I won in Nov. 18,2010 so were is the money. I will not sent them any money or funds. you get the letter from London UK and you surposes to get the winnings from Buffalo, New York.so something is wrong here.......................Signed LS........................................
