Timothy Shafts: Hello, I need for our phone number to be released so we can get our old carrier back. we canceled magic jack the same day we attempted to hook up and we returned item back to Fl.

Timothy Shafts: they told me you have to release it, what is the acct number all was returned to your fl office

Timothy Shafts: listen due to my health I need a phone for emergencies if we do not have a phone and i go into coma due to my illness there will be issues. Please help

Timothy Shafts: It should never have been completed we canceled the next day due to it not being able to be hooked up, and equipment sent back, How does that happen, that is robbing a customer

Timothy Shafts: i had spoken to who ever had answered the phone when I called to return equipment and they said that it was simple because nothing was hooked up or billed and it would be canceled.


Timothy Shafts: was not directed to anyone to cancel, just was told it would all be taken care of


Janice: A form has to be filled out to cancel the porting the request.


Timothy Shafts: why is there no one in tech support to physically and how does one get a form to fill out to cancel the porting , so basically you love to give everyone a run around to disconnect a service that should never have happened.

  • exactly, this is how they work. These scumbags think they can do whatever they want and unfortunately the legal system is so week, lengthy, and costly to even go after them for anything.
