i purshased a living room set and a dining room set after making the final payment last saturday i was shocked to know that it would take over a month to receive the diningroom table so i cancelled the order but when i went back the next day which was sunday 06/17/2012 i was told that i can get the bigger table if i add an extra $50 so i agreed since i needed the furniture. Once it was time for the transaction, I was told that since i canceled the order then that means that they have already put the money back into my account so i used my credit card together with my bank card to pay for the furniture and that way i can receive the furniture all at once on the 20th. This morning as i checked my bank account i was shocked to find out that they took the money on saturday and on sunday and also they never put my money back from the cancelled order and my account is negative all of the sudden.
When i called the store that is located in saugus ma which is the one i made the purshase from, they did not help me and the manager was rude enough to hang up on me and when i called back (about a dozen times) they would not answer my call so i left few messages and once they just picked up the phone and hang up.
I am just wondering how come their commercial says no phony gimmicks when all they do is play their customers around

I put that amount above just to submit my complaint as for how much i do not know yet because the cancelled order was a little over 1100 and now that my account is negative i have no idea how much the charges will be.
