I ordered a tv box set from DazzleDVD.com, I was suprised to get an invoice from MemoryLaneDVD who referes to ClickDVD Media in their policy. DazzleDVD must be a cover for the other two. My Bank said the order was charged by Memory Lane DVD, no mention of DazzleDVD with whom I placed the order. At this point no merchanize has shown up. I have send 4 emails of inquiry with no response. After reading similar account stories with the company, I put a block on my credit card. My bank did give me their phone # 310-709-6655. It was a Sprint personal cell phone. That and the return email being a gmail account, it is rather certain this trail of companies, Dazzledvd.com, MemorylaneDvd.com and the ClickDVD Media named in their policy are fraudulant, and put your credit card numbers at risk

Order did arrive today. Spot check of 3 of 12 DVDs, quality is not best, but acceptable.
With MemoryLaneDVD or DazzleDVD not responding to their Gmail address still seems like a shaky business, glad I blocked that credit card from further use.

  • too sad to hear that. why don't you email them again? I emailed them before and they apologise for the late reply because my email as what they've said went to their spam folders. my email was about the followup on the murder she wrote i ordered from memorylanedvd.com which arrived at the exact time as promised. the dvds are good and totally watchable. maybe you try emailing them again regarding your problems because in my case, that's what i did!

  • I once received my order with damage casing. It’s cracked so I contacted them once again and I asked for a replacement DVD cases immediately. They responded asking for an apology and explained that they do believe that has been damaged during the shipping process. I said that it's okay as long as they replace the DVD cases. They didn't give me hassle regarding this issue and they asked immediately for my desired shipping address so they can provide the replacement at once. They also asked me if the DVDs I received are fully working or if it get damaged too. I told them that all is working fine and the quality is absolutely amazing, both audio and video are excellent! The video is clear and bright and the audio is sharp and loud. I got the replacement DVD case after 2 weeks. Even though it took longer to receive the replacement DVD case, I'm still satisfied because they know how to stand behind their products. My suggestion is, if you experience a problem regarding your order, just talk to them because in my case they never ignored me and they provided me real and good quality DVDs I’m now planning to place my next order after I completed my list. Quite impressed in this first deal and hopefully this firm will stay long and I wish them the best!
