Lalib Co. had charged my Bank of America Debit Card $150.00 back in April 2012. I have never done business with this company and am also the sole carrier of my bank card. I had reported the erroneous charge to Bank of America's Fraud department, filed a claim, and had the matter investigated. Bank of America notified me a month later May 2012, explaining the charge on my debit card by Lalib Co was fraudulent, and I was recredited the $150.00 back to my bank account.
Now, I have received a letter from CRB Creditors (5834 Monroe St., Suite A-142 Sylvania, OH 43560, tel#(866)392-9505 dated June 5, 2012. This collection agency is representing Lalib Co who have filed a claim seeking $26.99, account #49963628. The account manager assigned to this case: RA2UEL KLME (419)517-0061
I want to report LaLib Co for repeated harassment and fraudulent charging. My name is Jason Vasquez and contact cell# is (Personal Information Removed). Please advise me what else I should do to defend/protect myself against this collection agency.

Hey Jason. Did you try to contact Lalib Co.? They seem to be a legal company and have a 24/7 support as I can see: https://www.lalibcosupport.com/
Maybe someone just stole your CC details and purchased something from this company.
Hopefully they will provide some additional info. -
