Received email stating company had found resume on Career Builder and there was an opportunity for jobs as a Mystery Shopper. I have friends who mystery shop, so I completed the small application. I received a letter in the mail from Evelyn Monroe, looked like some kind of personal letter (not professional in any way) 14412 Burbank Blvd., Van Nuys, CA 91411. Opened it to find a FAKE USPS Money Order (Verified on usps.com) for 890.00. 200.00 for me, 20.00 for Wal-Mart personal item to keep, 670.00 to Western Union back to a Ryan Gordon at 132 Brickell Avenue, Suite 2200, Miami 33131. Then email to [email protected] Western Union Ctrl No. etc. Check out ic3.gov and usps.com/postalinspectors for filing on this crime.
