Mr. Newsome David told me he was an Immigration officers who helps U.S. Citizens to united with their fiances or spouse. After an hour's conversation, he agreed to take my case but needed $300.00 as a good faith down payment to know that I wanted my fiance to come to the U.S. Immediately after receiving the $300.00 I demanded a cash written receipt which he issued and signed. The following day, Mr. Newsome David called me and began to press me real hard for hurry up with the transaction so that he could start and speed up the process with immigration to get my fiance here in two weeks' time,

I told Mr. Newsome I was not in such a great hurry but first we must come to certain agreements such as what his total fees would be, that a written agreement would be written, typed and notorized to get the deal legally binding. I also demanded to know who all he had helped as clients that I could contact and verify. I requested his current address, his actual profession and ID. Mr. Newsome show me a Txas Driver's License and stated his home address as in Stockbridge, Georgia. I asked if he was the person who was going to process the documents that I would be sending to my fiance abroad to sign and return? It was then Mr. Newsome told me he had some working partners at Immigration that were really going to do the real job, he was a middle man.

On the 5th June, Mr. Newsome asked me when was my next pay day so that I could make a payment of $1000.00 and then arrange to pay him the balance $4000.00 in stallments. At this time, I told Mr. Newsome I was unable to come up with such an amount, and besides, we had not yet worked out what the deal would entail and the documentations had not yet been done. Therefore we should meet again and talk.

Mr. Newsome sent me a text message stating that he was satisfied with the slow pace of the deal and therfore he was going to return my $300.00 and cut off the deal. I gladly told him this was in fact the best thing to do. After then, Mr. Newsome has been making promises of bringing my $300.00 and has kept any of his own promises. In fact, he's has been sending nasty text messages and calling me all sorts of names which I kept on my phone. I told Mr. Newsome I was going to report or expose his scams or sue him through a fraud attorney. He replied saying, may the best lawyer wins!

This is my story and will need your help to investigate and bring this guy to justice.
