Received a letter requesting that I send FAA $20.00 to obtain a prompt shipment of funds pending this payment for the amount of $2,342,000.00. Claim must be postmarked by 6-19-12 to claim my prize. The form that I am to sign states that- "By my signature below I certify that I have provided information freely and hereby grant full permission for you to verify all facts to confirm before forwarding my Funds Payment Pending Accounting to me via first class mail. My payment by Cash, Check or Money Order for $20.00 (payable to FAA is enclosed. NOTICE: claim MUST be postmarked by Midnight 06/19/12, Then I must sign and date. Mail to FAA, PO Box 537800 Miami, FL 33152-7800".
They have enclosed a copy of a check Of $2,342,000.00 that is not cashable.
This obviously is a scam.
