Like Dennis I 'won' exactly the same amount of $28,500.00! Wouldn't it be great that you are awarded a price when you didn't even buy a lottery number.
The letter indicates that the notice has been forwarded to a Licenced North American Agent (G&P Consultants Inc.). My contact is supposed to be a Carl Davis at 1.647.219.3464 I did call to both numbers listed neither replied and they don't belong to whom they claim. Please be advised that this is a SCAM, in times of great economic downsize some extra cash could came in handy but this is not true. Beware!

- I recieved exactly the same letter as above. Letter had a Canadian post mark. Also spelling errors and improperly formatted phone numbers.. My check was from Bank of New York Mellon, located in Pittsburg, Pa. Looked some of the company names. Cartus doesn't seem to be too popular.
