today i found out that the trial offer that they had offered for $1.00 has ended up costing me $83.31! on the 16th of may i ordered the item, they took out $1.03 which i had no problem with. on the same day they took out another $3.87 without notifying me. then on may 24th they took out another payment of $78.41, again not notifing me!! when my bank statement came and i saw what they had done, i called the company at their 1-866-711-2829 24 hour customer service, all I got was a automated message cancelling my subscription! there was no one to talk to to get my money back, i am more than willing to send the product back as i have seen no evidence that it works. they didnt even send any paperwork with it so that it could be cancelled after the trial period, which there seems to have not been one at all!!
